Spring Gardens in St. Asaph, North Wales, is just the place to do that.

There’s no sub-letting or renting of caravans, everyone here privately owns their own so there’s always a sense of security and also that welcoming feeling every time you drive through the gates.

Gwyn and Haf Williams acquired the park over 10 years ago when it was just a dilapidated touring park. Following the approval of planning permission they have turned it into a lovely 72 pitch static caravan and holiday lodge park of some distinction.

There is a club house on park that opens at weekends for the owners only. Regular owner events are run by Gwyn and Haf, promoting the socialising and community elements of the park.

Annual Running Information

All owners, whether static caravan or luxury holiday lodge, have the choice between two season lengths, and consequently two site fee brackets. If you don’t want to use your holiday home in the Winter months the 10.5 month season is great – you still get all the same benefits as the 12 month season but don’t pay for the time you don’t want to use it!

All site fees include the rental of the pitch, water and local authority rates.

10.5 month season – £3,504 inc. VAT

12 month season – £4,104 inc. VAT
